Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post, while international orders will be shipped according to the processing centre from which the product originates.

Average transit times to Australia: 5 to 12 working days

Circumstances beyond our control (pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause shipping delays. Although most packages arrive on time, delays may occur due to carrier logistics. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped. Each product may be shipped from different processing centres around the world, as our product research team strives to find quality items at affordable prices. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can visit the ‘Track My Order’ page on our website.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be effective. To cancel an order, please send an email to varlasydney@gmail.com with the subject line ‘CANCEL MY ORDER’.

I entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately by email. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

How many attempts will the carrier make before my parcel is returned?
In general, a carrier will attempt to deliver the parcel twice before it is returned.

My item arrived damaged
If, for any reason, your order arrives damaged, please contact us providing:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged product
We will be happy to send you a new item at no cost.
